Lead and oversee all administrative functions of the school, ensuring efficient and effective operations.
Develop and implement administrative policies, procedures, and systems to support the school's strategic goals.
Manage and coordinate the recruitment, hiring, and onboarding processes for administrative staff.
Provide strategic guidance to the administrative team, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
Collaborate with the academic leadership to align administrative support with educational objectives.
Oversee budget planning and financial management, ensuring responsible allocation of resources.
Maintain compliance with local and international regulations, including legal and safety requirements.
Foster positive relationships with parents, students, and external stakeholders, promoting open communication and a strong sense of community.
Stay abreast of emerging trends and best practices in international education and administrative management.
Bachelor's degree in business administration, education, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in administrative management, preferably in an educational setting.
Knowledge and understanding of international education systems and accreditation standards.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, fostering effective collaboration and relationship-building.
Business English and Native Khmer is a must.
