About the company

Our client is a leading automotive organization in Yangon with a wide influence in the market

Description:

• Responsible for the production lines exceeds targets while optimizing budget

• Be active in continuously improving the manufacturing operations

• Managing supply and controlling production by working together with cross-functional teams (Sales & Marketing, Logistics, Procurement etc.)

• Implement international practices to ensure optimized operations in the production floor

• Be able to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders to meet targets and expectations

• Follow and comply with international HSE standards

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field of Engineering and Manufacturing

• At least 7 of working experience in Production/Plant Operations Management

• At least a Business English level

• Great leadership and communication skills

• Excellent interpersonal skills

• Experience in TS 16949, ISO 9001, and 14001 will be an advantage
