The Role

• Collaborate with clients, sales teams, and contractors to promote specific products and software, driving sales growth

• Develop lasting connections with design consultants to stay informed about project specifications and opportunities

• Inform key decision-makers on construction projects about the benefits and proper use of products, ensuring long-term value

• on-site technical assistance, identify design challenges, and offer solutions that highlight the value of the products

• technical seminars to generate business opportunities and coordinate with sales teams to ensure project specifications lead to sales conversions

Requirements

• B.E./B.TECH in Civil, Mechanical, Structural, or Architectural Engineering, or equivalent experience

• Minimum 2 years of relevant industry experience

• Demonstrated success in specification sales, particularly with architects, and strong understanding of design and construction process

• Deep familiarity with the design and construction sectors

• Established connections with key decision-makers and influencers in the industry
