About the Company

Our client is a local leading conglomerate in Cambodia focusing on Real Estate Development, Food, and Beverage, Building Materials industries

Description

  • Lead the commercial team. Develop, implement the strategies, and maintain relationships with the tenants

  • Monitor the whole operation of the facilities within the business park

  • Ensure hygiene and cleanliness of the facility are kept to 5-star standards

  • Directly report to the CEO

Requirements

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in real estate development or park operation management

  • Must have proactive, business acumen, initiative personality

  • Excellent Communication in English and Chinese
