Head of Brand at a Leading Group of Companies in Phnom Penh
Responsible to ensure processes are in place for consistent and effective communication and implementation relative to brand verify and support compliance and adherence to brand service, quality, and appearance standards

Description
Developing franchise expansion, brand support, and Sales operation
Review and provide geographical insights to enhance franchise operations and decisions
Working closely with cross-functional teams to implement best franchise practices and initiatives
Provide continuous franchise leadership to Franchise Teams and Partners related to leadership and successful operations management
Ensure franchise compliance by implementing/improving SOP and assessment standards and develop appropriate corrective action plans, milestones, and timelines
Requirements
At least 10 years of experience in F&B Franchise industry and at least 3 years of experience in marketing management level
Bachelor’s degree holder and other related qualification will be advantaged
Business English is a must
Has excellent market knowledge and communications management
Open for the expatriate candidate.
