Head of Business Development at a Singapore International Educational Business Company in Phnom Penh
Responsible to drive the sales initiatives of all product and service offerings of the Educational Business

Description
To work with Managing Director and responsible to drive the sales initiatives for all product and service offerings
Leading the sales team to achieve annual sales targets
Designing strategic sales plans, projecting revenues, monitoring sales performance and presenting sales reports to Management
Conceptualize and plan the development of Professional Learning and Higher Learning, and the educational technology growth of K12
Engage in a shared vision among stakeholders on the critical role of technology in future learnings
Design and implement strategic plans to reach sales targets for SCIA business units (including but not limited to K12 school, Higher learning, Enrichment)
Lead and motivate sales team to improve sales performance and service quality with customers and prospects
Cultivate lasting relationships with customers to grow customer loyalty and increase retention and referral rates
Develop and promote weekly, monthly and quarterly sales objectives
Guide sales team to produce detailed and accurate sales reports
Assess costs, competition, and supply and demand to identify selling prices
Project sales volume and profit for current and new products
Establish a performance monitoring system and sales training programmer to build the capability of the sales staff
Overseeing curriculum development, program evaluation, allocation of instructional materials and resources, ensuring the curriculum is current and addresses the Core Curriculum Content Standards with regards to Enrichment and Professional Learning content
Reviewing financial statements, termly reports and other performance data to measure productivity and goal achievement and to determine areas for continuous improvement
Overseeing the development and execution of industry-related PD and students’ online enrichment programme to better support students’ learning. Exam-oriented coverage, content knowledge and assessment consultations
Requirements
Minimum 10 years of working experience in sales or sales and marketing role, preferably with strong managerial and administrative track record in education institutions
Degree in Business Administrative, Marketing, or related disciplines from an internationally recognized University
Strong knowledge and understanding of the Singapore Education System
Knowledge of the education sector and Cambodia Market is an advantage
Strong competency in English Language is essential, competency in another language is an advantage
