About the Company
Our client is a successful organization with high market position which will allow your career as Head of Sales to grow together with the organization.
Responsible for developing business plan & sales strategy for the sales department (corporate, wholesale, private label, export) to achieve growth in market share, volume & revenue while ensuring profitability in line with company's objectives.
Responsible for the recruiting & developing an efficient sales team by setting KPIs, monitoring and training them to achieve career growth.
Regular meeting with sales team to get market feedback and take steps to improve on gaps.
Periodical reviews of performance with customers / distributors, give feedback on the achievement of volume targets set in the contracts and discuss collaborative solutions to achieve growth.
Reporting to Managing Director
At least 10 years of experience in Sales industry and at least 5 years of experience in management level
Bachelor’s degree holder and other related qualification will be advantaged
Khmer Native and Business English is a must
Has a good experience in Sales, Strategic Planning or Selling, and communication skills.
