Description

• Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with the overall business objectives

• Lead and manage the trade sales team, which may include sales representatives, account managers, and other sales personnel

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, such as distributors, wholesalers, hospitals, pharmacies, and other stakeholders involved in the trade.

• Ensure sales activities adhere to relevant laws, regulations, and industry guidelines. Promote ethical behavior and compliance within the sales team and foster a culture of integrity and professionalism.

• Prepare regular sales reports, presentations, and performance updates for senior management.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of experience in Pharmaceutical Industry and at least 3 years of experience in management level

• Bachelor’s degree holder and other related qualification will be advantaged

• Khmer Native and Business English is a must

• Has a good experience in sales, and communication skills.
