Description

  • The HRBP Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and initiatives that align with the overall business objectives.

  • This individual will serve as a strategic partner to senior leadership and work collaboratively with various departments to drive employee engagement, talent management, and organizational effectiveness.

  • Key responsibilities include managing recruitment efforts, providing guidance on employee relations issues, overseeing performance management processes, and implementing training and development programs.

  • Report directly to the HR Director.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.

  • At least five years of experience in a similar HR role, excellent knowledge of employment laws, strong communication skills, analytical thinking abilities, and project management experience.

  • Familiarity with labor laws and regulations in Laos is a plus.

  • Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.

  • Native Laotian and Business English is required.
