Description

  • Identify training needs and create or procure a professional development curriculum

  • Arrange input on workforce and succession planning as well as plans for business unit restructuring

  • Develop and nurture partnerships through human resources to bridge the divide between management and employees.

  • Conduct weekly or bi-weekly meetings with business leaders and provide HR advice where necessary

  • Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to line managers (for example mentoring, career planning, coaching, etc.)

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or a related field

  • Prior experience in human resources, professional development, training, or employee relations is a plus

  • Current, in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to human resources and employee management.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Native Khmer is a must.
