HRBP Manager at a Well-Known Financial Services Company in Phnom Penh
Work closely with business leaders and line managers to build their people capability, plan and manage talent and develop approaches that achieve shared organizational objectives.

Description
Identify training needs and create or procure a professional development curriculum
Arrange input on workforce and succession planning as well as plans for business unit restructuring
Develop and nurture partnerships through human resources to bridge the divide between management and employees.
Conduct weekly or bi-weekly meetings with business leaders and provide HR advice where necessary
Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to line managers (for example mentoring, career planning, coaching, etc.)
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or a related field
Prior experience in human resources, professional development, training, or employee relations is a plus
Current, in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to human resources and employee management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Native Khmer is a must.
