The Role

The ideal candidate for this commercial role should have strong hands-on experience in handling sales, and business development functions with proven track records of success. Good experience in handling Garment, Footwear manufacturing clients and knowledge about plastic/ polymer chemicals graduated with chemical engineering and at least an Intermediate level of Mandarin speaking and Business English as additions

  • Key focus industries: Plastic and Consumer e.g polyurethane for footwear, construction, home & furniture (mattress & pillow), automotive and electronics, market development for health & hygiene (human nutrition, animal nutrition, home care, and personal care), packaging & coatings and textiles

  • Implement strategic sales and marketing initiatives to achieve sales goals and profitability

  • Develop new business opportunities and expand market presence

  • Support industry sales turnover and increase market share

  • Manage industry profitability and ensure timely collections

  • Maintain customer relationships and maximize customer satisfaction

  • Provide technical support to sales teams and troubleshoot end-user issues


  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field, preferably with a chemistry background

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the related or chemical industry

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

  • Excellent negotiation skills, fluent in Khmer, English, and Chinese

  • Strong analytical skills to interpret performance data and make informed decisions

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities to effectively engage with Key Account Customers

  • Problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset to ensure high customer satisfaction levels
