• Responsible for JLR after sales technical service, customer service and workshop operation

The Role

This an ideal role for an individual who has good experience in Jaguar Land Rover’s after-sales service technical experience, customer service and workshop operation control

Description 

• Manage the work on the vehicle to ensure that all the jobs detailed on the Repair Order (Job Card) are completed and that the full suite of JLR Technical Support materials

• Use an understanding of JLR Warranty Policies to determine which repairs can be categorized as warranty work and use JLR systems (DDW/WASP, GWMS) to obtain warranty information and obtain authorization

• Manage the technicians and workshop efficiency, utilization, productivity and KPI

• Test driving of the vehicles, spare parts control and communicating with customers for technical explanation of the vehicle

Requirements

• Any diploma or degree in related field

• Open to expatriates

• Fluency in English, high level of communication and leadership skills

• Minimum of 5-10 years of after-sales service technical management experience for JLR brand

• Good knowledge in Mechanical, Engineering and Technology
