  • Responsible in managing and nurturing relationships with key clients, often within the realm of modern trade, which typically refers to large retail chains, supermarkets, and other similar outlets.

The Role

About the Company

Our client is a successful organization with high market position which will allow your career as Key Account Manager to grow together with the organization.


  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring satisfaction with the products provided by the client side.

  • Developing strategies to increase sales and revenue by promoting products, negotiating deals, and upselling to existing clients.

  • Developing and implementing account plans and strategies to maximize the potential of each key account, including setting sales targets, forecasting, and monitoring progress.

  • Negotiating terms and contracts with key clients, ensuring that both parties' interests are met while maintaining profitability for the company.


  • At least 5 years of experience in FMCG, F&B or Retail industry with relevant background and at least 1 year of experience in management level

  • Bachelor’s degree holder and other related qualification will be advantaged.

  • Khmer Native and Business English is a must

  • Has good experience in key account management, communication, and leadership skills.
