The is an ideal role for individual who has good automotive paint mixing experience and technical aspect of the mixing process

Our client is one of the leading international groups of business in Cambodia with extensive portfolios such as Automotive, international F&B business, heavy machinery, and Automotive etc.

Description

• Supervise process of paint mixing

• Manage the entire operation of mixing room according to the required standard

• Provide technical training to the team and customers

• Order paint and other substances

• Control stock and mixing materials

• Keep the system and report up to date

• Ensure that the finished product is of the highest standard

• Conduct testing and quality control

• Ensure standard and safety in the mixing room

• Be able to understand and promote sales aspect and selling points of the product to the customers

• Support sales team with technical enquiry and co-create training schedule with sales team

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering or automotive engineering

• Minimum 1 or 2 year of experience in handling similar roles

• Having completed courses/programs in automotive body repair experience in paint mixing and mixing room management would be advantages

• Good command of English Communication
