Job Description

Project Manager for a Leading Real Estate Development Company in Phnom Penh, Cambodia

  • Responsible for managing the planning, implementation, and finalization of initiatives within the SEZ

  • Up to $3,000 plus other benefits

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong knowledge of Project Management, especially for Large Industrial and Real Estate projects

Description

  • Spearhead project initiatives from conception to execution

  • Craft comprehensive project plans, including schedules and resource distribution

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to establish project parameters and objectives

  • Handle budgeting and ensure financial integrity

  • Ensure adherence to regulations and quality benchmarks

  • Organize regular stakeholder meetings and report to the general manager

  • Negotiate contracts to secure favorable terms

  • Lead project teams, including subcontractors and consultants

Requirements

  • Bachelors’ degree in Engineering or any equivalent field

  • Over 5 years in the Real Estate, Industrial Parks, or related industry

  • Excellent communication skills in English. Chinese will be advantageous

  • Strong leadership and problem solving skills

  • Understanding of SEZ regulations and economic development

  • Computer literacy; ERP, MS Office, Project management software etc.,
