Building and maintaining relationships with government officials, industry associations, and regulatory bodies.
Monitoring and analysing legislative and regulatory developments that may impact the company's operations.
Advocating for the company's interests and participating in industry-related events and forums.
Developing crisis communication plans and protocols to effectively manage and respond to potential crises or issues that may arise.
Developing and implementing community engagement programs and initiatives to support the company's corporate social responsibility efforts.
Building and maintaining positive relationships with stakeholders to ensure their support and alignment with the company's goals and values.
Working closely with the marketing team to ensure consistent messaging and brand representation across all communication channels.
Monitoring and analysing brand perception and reputation and implementing strategies to enhance brand awareness and loyalty.
Keeping abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
Providing insights and recommendations to the management team based on industry analysis and market intelligence.
A bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, or a related field
Previous experience in public relations, corporate communications, or government relations is required.
Familiarity with the F&B industry, including an understanding of industry trends, regulations, and challenges, is beneficial.
The ability to effectively convey ideas, instructions, and feedback to team members, stakeholders, and media outlets is crucial.
Strong relationships with government officials, media outlets, industry associations, and other stakeholders.
Experience in crisis management and the ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism.
Native Khmer and Business English are required.
