The Role

About the company

Our client is a Global Apparel Company that focuses on footwear, owning many famous brands that stand amongst their competition

Description

• Perform validation audits to drive improvement on factory QMS

• Connectivity with the development/commercialization team to ensure all critical points of attention are captured. Involvement/participation in tear down meetings and pre-production trials

• Study and identify of CPK (Process Capability Index), CTQ (Critical to Quality), CTP (Critical to Process) for a totally new project from the development stage

• Active participation in T-4 meetings and identified risks during the development stage on how to mitigate risks

• Conduct core related footwear activities around New Bottoms (TNs) / New Uppers / Color Ups including but not limited to project history, raw material testing, full shoe testing, material approval

• Accountable for all production related activities in the nominated vendor ensuring that SOPs are being followed & quality is being maintained to FTW standards in the production line

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor Degree

• Minimum 6 years of work experience in the Garment industry | Preferably Footwear

• Local Khmer and minimum Intermediate English
