About the company

Our client is a well-known global chemical manufacturing company which produces and sells a wide range of chemical materials around the world

Description:

• R&D activities of new product and improvements of the existing products

• Raw materials and function knowledge update and maintaining

• Responsible for staffs training and team management

• Ensure all the product related documents (PMP, TPP/ Safety & Technical Datasheet, etc.) are update

• Provide the sales force, technical service team and customers adequate knowledge on the application and use of the products

• Collect update product information from the market and sales for product development

• Transfer technology of products to sales and technical personnel and local staffs

• Always maintain the knowledge of products and market trends

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field, Master or any further qualification related to R&D is a plus

• Minimum experience of 5-7 years in related field

• Strong communication in written and spoken English

• Leadership and management skills, effective time management, excellent problem-solving skills, analytical skills

• Flexible with business trips
