Responsible to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire qualified candidates.

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and create job descriptions.
Conduct initial screening and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the role
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders
Conduct reference checks and background screenings as required
Manage the applicant tracking system and ensure accurate and up-to-date candidate records
Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition
Prepare and present recruitment reports and metrics to management
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
Proven experience as a recruitment specialist or supervisor
Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies and techniques
Business English and Native Khmer are a must.
Strong knowledge in general HR and labour law
