Description

  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance the effectiveness of the sales force, including training programs, performance evaluations, and the use of technology tools such as CRM systems.

  • Design and manage efficient routes to market, optimizing the allocation of territories to sales teams to ensure maximum coverage and market penetration.

  • Work closely with marketing, supply chain, and other relevant departments to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to sales and distribution, fostering collaboration and communication.

  • Monitor the performance of the sales force, distribution channels, and market dynamics, and make adjustments as needed to optimize efficiency, address challenges, and capitalize on opportunities for growth.

Requirements

  • At least 10 years of experience in Sales Industry and at least 5 years in managerial experience.

  • Bachelor’s degree holder and other related qualification will be advantaged.

  • Khmer Native and Business English is a must.

  • Has good experience in sales management, business planning, data management, route to market planning, and communication skills.
