Sales Manager at a Leading Retail Company in Phnom Penh

  • Responsible in leading and guiding a team of salespeople in an organization and building a sales plan, analyze data, assigning sales training and sales territories, mentoring the sales team.

Description

  • Leading, directing and motivating the sales team in order to achieve the overall company's sales objectives

  • Participate in setting price strategy (increase/ decrease) in coordination with brand team

  • Market survey and collecting information including (main players, competitors, new products, etc.

  • Develop new channels/ customers to ensure full coverage of area by channel/ product category

  • Initiate and coordinate development of sales plans for existing and new customers / sectors

  • Conduct regular meetings and market visits with Sales team to build effective communications with distributors

Requirements

  • Prefer candidate from FMCG and Retail

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in related industry and minimum 2 years of experience in management level

  • Bachelor’s degree holder and other related qualification will be advantaged

  • Khmer Native and Business English is a must

  • Has strong experience in sales management and excellent interpersonal skills
