Description

• Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.

• Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.

• Coordinating with marketing on lead generation.

• The ongoing training of your salespeople.

• Developing your sales team through motivation, counselling, and product knowledge education.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in FMCG or Personal Care industry.

• Bachelor’s degree holder and other related qualification will be advantaged

• Khmer Native and Intermediate English is a must

• Has a good experience in sales, interpersonal, and communications skill.
