Description

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share in the dairy products segment.

• Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team sales objectives.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including grocery stores, supermarkets, restaurants, and institutional buyers.

• Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and threats in the dairy products market.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in Diary Product or FMCG Industry and at least 2 years of experience in management level focusing on Sales.

• Bachelor’s degree holder and other related qualification will be advantaged.

• Khmer Native and Business English is a must.

• Has good experience in marketing, and communication skills.
