About the Company

Our client is a successful organization with a high market position which will allow your career in Sales Supervisor to Senior Management level to grow together with the organization.

Description

• Supervise the activities of the sales team including marketing activities like product activations.

• Assist the line manager to recruit, training, enumerating, and retaining a competent sales team.

• Provide reports to top management like sales reports, lead generation reports, customer complaints reports, and new customers’ on-boarded reports.

• Prepare sales presentations and other sales tools.

• Assist the line managers to ensure adequate client communication, maintain contact with clients, and provide feedback in Cambodia.

• Report to Sales Director

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in the FMCG industry and at least 1 year of experience in the management level

• Bachelor’s degree holder and other related qualification will be advantaged

• Khmer Native and Business English is a must

• Has a good experience in sales, strong analytical, organizational skills, communication, and leadership skills.
