Description

• Develop and implement educational resources for content creators and users to promote responsible content creation and consumption.

• Stay informed about industry trends and competitors' strategies to adapt and evolve the platform's content operations.

• Collaborate with content creators to optimize their content for search, discoverability, and user engagement. Suggest keywords, tags, and formatting improvements.

• Assists the agency by offering valuable information, addressing inquiries, and resolving complaints to enhance client satisfaction.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in ecommerce, fintech or digital platform channel.

• Bachelor’s degree holder and other related qualification will be advantaged.

• Only open for Thai Nationality and Business English is a must.

• Has good experience in content creation, project management and communication skills.
