Description

• Responsible to supervise and manage Chemical, Physical and Microbiological laboratory work

• Manage Laboratory testing method of production process line up with budget setting design and submitting with standards

• Handle the nonconformance inline and finished product to confirm they are not launched to market

• Track microorganisms in a range of environments and control the retained sample

• Monitor and analyse the trend to prevent the undesired quality issue

• Handle for product complaint and organize with operations to do root cause analysis and corrective action

• Provide training to improve plant hygiene to junior

Requirements

• At Least 10 of years of experience working with Laboratory area

• Bachelor’s Degree of related Chemical Engineering background is a must

• Must be able to communicate with English both in written and oral form

• Solid knowledge of quality standards of laboratory safety guidelines, regulations
