Description

• Implement the commercial strategies to penetrate the market and achieve the company’s goals

• Conduct market survey, competitor analysis and brainstorm the innovative marketing plans

• Raise awareness of the brands and the quality of the products to the distributors and farmers

• Build the distribution network locally to increase the sales revenue

Requirements

• 5-7 years of relevant sales and marketing experience in agrochemical industry

• Business English is a must

• A strong leadership, management skills are key parts of the role.
