Senior Sales Manager at a 5 Star Luxury Hotel Chain in Phnom Penh
Responsible to Maintain good relationships with the existing accounts and Develop new accounts for the Hotel
Up to $1,200 per month
The Role
The ideal background of the candidate would come from a 3 or 4 - stars rating hotel and have hands-on sales experience. The Individual with a customer-centric mindset, passion for the tourism and hospitality industry, and leadership

Description
Exceed room revenue targets through account development and maintenance, regular sales calls, entertainment, and sales trips as and where appropriate
Develop lead sources through prospecting, solicitation, referrals, trace files, and cold calls
Conducts site inspections of the property with prospective and existing clients
Develops and implements new sales strategies, tactics, and action plans for account base
Sources Meetings and Group business
Sources long-staying guests from account base
Manages the relationship between the hotel and the account portfolio
Attends business association events and networking events as and where appropriate
Participates in tradeshows, conventions, and promotional events within the hotel and trade-related organizations
Participates in sales calls to regional markets
Participates in the organization of sales & marketing actions such as sales briefings and weekly sales meetings, taking sales leads for prospects and clients
Develops business leads for the Hotel on a weekly basis
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field
Minimum 4 - 6 years of sales experience in the hospitality industry with experience working in 3 or 4 - star rating hotel
Proficiency in English and Mandarin Language would be added advantage
Proven leadership and communication skills
Able to work independently without direct supervision as well as cohesively as a team
