Single Carrier Customer Experience Manager at a Global Largest Integrated Logistics Company in Phnom Penh
Formulate and execute the local customer experience strategy in order to deliver on the global and local targets and priorities within the ocean industry

The is an ideal role for individual who has strong experience in a commercial/customer facing role preferably handling major global clients within the Ocean Industry.

Description
Responsible to formulate and execute the local customer experience strategy in order to deliver on the global and local targets and priorities
Take an active part in developing the local commercial strategy and contribute actively to the area/global Customer Service strategy
Maintain a dynamic and scalable customer service organization in which resources are managed effectively and efficiently
Cultivate customer relationship and listen to the voice of customers
Drive continuous improvement, monitor performance against established KPIs and targets; take corrective actions as required
Is accountable to own, create, maintain, and test a business continuity plan for critical customer processes across products
Drive all aspects of Commercial intelligence within the team and share knowledge to other teams, this includes driving customer and industry knowledge within the customer service organization
Requirements
Over 5 years of working in Commercial/Customer facing role preferably handling major global clients within the Ocean industry
Minimum experience of handling 3 or more team members in a managerial capacity
A graduate or post graduate degree in Marine operations/International trade/Business Management or any allied degree
Complete fluency in written and spoken English. Proficiency in Mandarin is desirable
Knowledge of Ocean shipping operations, including freight forwarding, port operations and legal compliance
Customer Centricity – is dedicated to meeting the expectations and requirement of internal and external customers and gets firsthand customer information and uses it for improvements in products and services. Can establish and maintains effective relationships with customers and gains their trust and respect
Collaboration – Is able to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders – takes in relevant views, delivers on commitment to each and able to influence and align towards the common objective at customer and country level
Develop Team – Is able to hire the right talent and diagnose and design joint solutions to build their capability. Further is able to keep team engaged and motivated to deliver on the common objective
