Training & Development Manager at an International Financial Service Company in Phnom Penh
To play a key role in coordinating all corporate learning and development activities
Up to $2,500 + Attractive Bonus
The Role
Responsible for the training and professional development of employees as well as keeping a strong focus on the needs of the organization
About the Company
Our client is an international financial service company in Cambodia that offers competitive financial assistance to its customers with outstanding customer service
Description
Create and execute learning strategies and programs
Evaluate individual and organizational development needs
Implement various learning methods companywide (e.g., coaching, job-shadowing, online training)
Develop effective induction programs for new employees, apprentices, and graduate trainees
Act as the go-to within the business for anyone with questions or queries regarding training and development plans
Work closely with various leaders across the organization and have a full understanding of their units and training requirements
Requirements
A Bachelor’s degree is a must and a degree in human resources management is an advantage
Proven experience as an L&D Manager, Training Manager, or similar
Native Khmer and Business English is required
Proficient in MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
Familiarity with e-learning platforms and practices
