• Responsible to lead and develop Transpacific Trade Sales in Cambodia Market

• Up to $2,000 plus competitive allowances

The Role

The is an ideal role for individual who has great experience in handling Transpacific Trade sales experience with key US NVOCC with the ability to speak Mandarin

Description

• Plan and implement sales, marketing, and product development

• Generate a credible sales pipeline of business leading to sustainable revenues

• Build and lead a team of people who are responsible to develop a credible sales pipeline and sustainable revenues

• Identify and contact direct shippers in Cambodia and dig out buyer details / purchase plans

• Communicate clearly with US team and follow up with both US and Cambodia side until support is secured

• Setting weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual goals

• Preparing reports for management to review

• Watching & reacting to market/customer trends

• Achieving targets for sales growth, revenue, etc

• Other duties assigned by Management

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree, Business, Logistics, or any related field

• Having 3 – 5 years of working experience in Transpacific Trade Sales Experience particular with US NVOCC area.

• Must possess excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Mandarin Chinese Speaking would be an advantage

• Strong connection with local shippers, especially with various factories in Sihanoukville/Phnom Penh special economic zone

• Excellent influencing and stakeholder management skills

• Strong presentation skills
