The Role

Our client is looking for a talented and experienced Head of Finance to join their team and help them continue to grow. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial principles and practices. They will also have experience in leading and managing financial teams. In addition, they will have a proven track record of success in developing and implementing financial plans.

Description

• Developing and implementing financial plans that support the company's growth and profitability. This includes setting budgets, forecasting revenue and expenses, and tracking performance against goals
• Managing the company's financial operations. This includes overseeing accounting, treasury, and risk management functions
• Providing financial analysis and insights to support decision-making. This includes analysing financial data, identifying trends, and making recommendations to improve the company's financial performance
• Identifying and assessing risks, developing mitigation strategies, and monitoring the company's exposure to risk
• Building and leading a high-performing financial team including hiring and developing staff, setting performance goals, and providing coaching and feedback

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in financial management and prefer candidates from Big 4 firms and multinational corporations (MNC)
• A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is required
• Proven track record of success in leading and managing financial teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent English is a must
