Our client is a leading building solutions company providing construction and industrial products, technical solutions and project support to customers, contractors, developers and industry partners.

Description

• Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle from concept and development through market introduction and ongoing improvement
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity and customer needs to identify growth opportunities and strengthen product positioning
• Develop sales enablement tools, product presentations and marketing collateral, and monitor sales performance and market penetration
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, quality-control and technical teams to tailor solutions and communicate product value to customers and partners
• Support demand and inventory planning, prepare product and market reports and provide strategic recommendations to senior management

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in product management, business development or sales within the construction, building solutions or steel industry
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Business or a related field; commercial knowledge is an advantage
• Strong market research, product lifecycle management, industrial project sales, leadership, negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into customer-focused messages and collaborate cross-functionally
