Inventory Manager at a Leading Property Developer in Phnom Penh
- Manage raw materials, finished goods, warehouse operations, and inventory accuracy within a growing furniture manufacturing environment

The Role
This is a great opportunity for an experienced inventory or warehouse professional to take ownership of inventory operations within a furniture factory. You will play a key role in ensuring materials are available for production, stock records remain accurate, and warehouse operations are safe, efficient, and well organized

Description
- Manage the complete inventory lifecycle covering raw materials and finished furniture products
- Forecast material requirements based on production schedules and coordinate closely with Procurement to ensure timely availability of aluminum, glass, wood, fittings, and other materials
- Oversee receiving inspections to identify damaged or defective materials before they enter storage
- Ensure appropriate storage and handling procedures are followed to prevent damage, oxidation, and material loss
- Implement regular cycle counting for high-value materials and finished products to maintain accurate inventory records
- Investigate stock discrepancies, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions to maintain strong ERP data accuracy
- Review and optimize warehouse layouts to improve material flow, picking efficiency, and utilization of available space
- Ensure safe movement and storage of heavy and high-volume materials within the factory
- Monitor daily material issuance to production and coordinate finished goods storage and dispatch activities
- Prepare accurate stock movement, inventory balance, and management reports on a regular basis
- Work closely with Production, Procurement, and other factory teams to ensure inventory operations support production requirements
- Lead and develop inventory and warehouse personnel while maintaining strong standards of organization, safety, and accountability
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, or factory logistics
- Experience within furniture, glass, aluminum, or manufacturing environments is strongly preferred
- Strong knowledge of inventory control, warehouse processes, and factory material flow
- Proficient in ERP/WMS inventory systems and Microsoft Excel, including stock reconciliation and reporting
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail
- Strong leadership and organizational abilities
- Safety-conscious with a structured and hands-on approach to warehouse and inventory management
