Quality Controller at a Global Homeware Brand in Phnom Penh, Cambodia Lead hands-on product inspections and drive quality excellence for a globally recognized homeware brand Up to $1,500 + Allowances The Role This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned quality professional to join an international sourcing company. You’ll play a critical role in maintaining quality standards for household and cleaning products by inspecting goods, communicating with factories, and ensuring compliance before shipment About the Company Our client is a well-established international buying office representing a major U.S. importer of kitchenware, bakeware, and household cleaning products. With operations across the U.S., Canada, Hong Kong, and China, they are expanding their quality team in Cambodia to support growing production volumes The Role Conduct detailed product inspections, performance testing, and packaging drop tests based on AQL and company standards Verify product specifications, packaging, labels (UPC/UCC), and overall compliance with purchase orders Finalize inspection documentation and submit daily inspection reports promptly Coordinate with factories to address quality concerns and provide clear feedback Ensure all products meet brand expectations and escalate critical issues to the Quality Manager Travel regularly to supplier factories in and around Phnom Penh for on-site quality checks Assist with special projects or additional QA-related duties assigned by management Requirements Minimum 7 years of quality control experience in housewares, kitchenware, or home cleaning products Experience working in a factory or buying office environment preferred Strong interpersonal and troubleshooting skills to resolve quality issues on-site Able to work independently and manage multiple inspections across locations Good command of English (spoken and written); Mandarin/Chinese language is a major advantage Diploma or higher qualification in Engineering, Mechanical, Business, or related fields Familiarity with plastic properties and injection molding processes is highly desirable Benefits Other allowances Career Growth Opportunities Opportunity to work with international brands and a growing sourcing team For more information contact Tun Chit Su Myat on Telegram @suumyatt

The QC Manager will lead all quality-related processes and teams, from raw material inspection to final product release, and play a major role in food safety compliance and continuous improvement About the Company An international-invested rice processing company based in Battambang, rapidly expanding operations to supply premium-grade rice to domestic and global markets.
