Description

• Take charge of the day-to-day operations and management of multiple franchise locations within a designated geographical area

• Provide guidance, training, and ongoing support to franchisees to ensure they adhere to the established business model and brand standards

• Regularly assess the performance of each franchise location, analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs), and implementing strategies to improve profitability and operational efficiency

• Ensure that franchisees maintain compliance with all company policies, procedures, and quality standards, as well as local, state, and federal regulations

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in a Food and Beverage industry and at least 3 years of experience in management level

• Bachelor’s degree holder and other related qualification will be advantaged

• Lao Native and Business English is a must

• Has a good experience in retail management, and communication skills
