Description

  • · Conduct market research to identify potential clients

  • Nurture and strengthen relationships with both new and existing customers

  • Maintain an organized database of client information using CRM software

  • Collaborate with various departments to implement growth initiatives and ensure successful customer onboarding

  • Partner with marketing and communication teams to enhance brand visibility and customer satisfaction

  • Develop and execute sales strategies and retention plans

  • Assist in creating marketing material, sales presentations, and other relevant content

  • Manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring timely completion

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Minimum 5 years of working experience in business development or sales

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills

  • Fluent in written and spoken English

  • Willingness to go above and beyond to achieve objectives

  • Eagerness to acquire new skills and take on additional responsibilities

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills when interacting with management, staff, and clients
