​Assistant Compliance Manager (Quality Assurance and AML) at a Well-known International Financial Services Company in Phnom Penh

Description

  • Ensure Compliance with all local laws and regulations related to AML/CFT and provide advice to business units to ensure compliance in all aspects

  • Keep updated with regulatory compliance and AML compliance

  • Perform daily and monthly sanction alert and working together with group compliance

  • Support the business of effectively implement the group AML/Sanction standard as well as local SOPs

  • Perform risk assessments, testing plan and visit the plan per year

  • Coordinate on site Quality Assurance by regional team

Requirements

  • University graduate or equivalent majoring Law, Finance, Banking, Economics, or Business Administration, Accounting or Finance

  • Minimum 2 to 3 years experiences in legal, compliance, auditing, quality assurance in financial sectors including insurance, banking, microfinance, or firms such PwC, EY and Deloitte

  • Methodical and diligent with outstanding planning abilities

  • Able to do research skills, analyzing information, coordination and critical thinking skills

  • Strong numerical written and verbal communication skills

  • Native Khmer with an Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
