Assistant HR Manager at a Successful Financial Service Company in Phnom Penh

  • To establish and implement short and long-range objectives for the assigned department, oversee related functions and activities, and administer company policies and procedures

The Role

Responsible for driving and institutionalizing HR best practices in collaboration with the respective HR Centre of Excellence, Region HR Business Partners, and Functional stakeholders

Description

  • Coordinate and oversees the day-to-day workflow of subordinate staff in the department

  • Monitor the departmental performance, identify, and facilitate opportunities to increase productivity and efficiency

  • Assist the recruitment process by identifying candidates, performing reference checks, and issuing employment contracts

  • Coordinate training sessions and seminars

  • Perform orientations and update records of new staff

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree is a must and a degree in human resources management is an advantage

  • Two years of related experience in the industry

  • Native Khmer and Business English

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail ​
