Deputy Chinese Key Account Manager at one of the Most Successful Automotive Companies in Phnom Penh, Cambodia

The Role
The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead strategic sales for Chinese accounts, build key partnerships, and support team performance in a high-growth automotive environment
About the Company

Description
Lead and manage sales timelines, competitor analysis, and client requirements
Build strong networks with Chinese client community
Prepare and review sales contracts, proposals, quotations, and project documentation
Supervise team performance and support sales training, SOP development, and event organization
Requirements
Minimum 6 years of experience in automotive Sales with 2 years at the management level
Proven expertise in ICB and NCB processes
BA in Business Law, Administration or related field (Master's preferred)
Fluent in English and Chinese
Excellent negotiation, analytical, communication, and strategic planning skills
