Assistant Procurement Manager at a Global Group of Companies in Phnom Penh
Responsible to assist to procurement manager in reporting, daily task, developing processes to standardize and maximize the process efficiency and control of internal operation
Up to $1,300 plus other allowances

Description
Support procurement manager in developing criteria and checklists to meet Company’s requirements and policies in terms of product specification, quality, service and reliability standards help the purchasing team/procurement team evaluate suppliers’ proposals as well as measure the supplier’s performance
Implement procurement and supply chain policies/procedures and plans. Coordinate the supplier tender process, purchasing activities and reporting
Support procurement manager in managing day to day operating expenditures against operating budgets to ensure efficient usage of resources
Implement procurement policies/procedures and plans to ensure cost savings/greater economies of scale. Drive compliant behaviors within and outside the organization
Work closely with team members and provide guidance, training and support direct reporting staff to optimize their contributions
Check and verify all Daily, Weekly, and Monthly report of all Purchasing, payment, shipment track, Suppliers Performance Track, and other report as required by manager
Check and verify all invoice and related document to Accounting team for payment process
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or comparable experience
Experiences with food industry related to Purchasing, Logistics, Inventory Controlling and Supply Chain Management in supervisor level or equivalent at least 2-3 years
Commercially, financially, and ERP System aware
Highly skilled at building and maintaining effective and productive relationships with key stakeholders and supplier
