Our client is a well-known financial services company that is expanding its Financial Services business unit to provide excellent financial solutions to the customers in Cambodia

Description

  • Build solid relationships with customers, vendors, and distributors, as well as sales and marketing teams

  • Develop in-depth knowledge of company offerings to identify profitable business opportunities

  • Direct marketing efforts by presenting market research to marketing directors and suggesting strategies to expand market research

  • Research emerging trends and recommend new company offerings to satisfy customers’ needs

  • Develop and managing strategic partnerships to grow business

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of working experience in Executive Management position with a proven record of success in business development in financial sectors

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, finance, or related field; a master's degree is advantageous

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

  • Strong interpersonal communication and leadership skills with the ability to communicate and manage staff all levels

  • Native Khmer with proficiency in both written and oral English
