C&B Manager at an International FMCG Company in Phnom Penh
Responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and management of the organization's compensation and benefits programs
Up to $ 2,500 plus other allowances
The Role
This role involves ensuring that the company's compensation and benefits packages are competitive, compliant with regulations, and aligned with the organization's overall goals and objectives

Our client is one of the international FMCG companies in Cambodia which keeps customers satisfied with their products
Description
Developing and implementing competitive and equitable compensation programs, including base pay, bonuses, incentives, and other rewards
Ensuring that all compensation and benefits programs comply with relevant laws and regulations, such as labor laws, tax regulations, and reporting requirements
Conducting regular market analysis to benchmark the organization's compensation and benefits packages against industry standards and trends
Communicating with employees about compensation and benefits programs, including providing education and support on available benefits
Requirements
At least 3 years of experience in the HR field with a specialization in C&B
A bachelor’s degree is a must, and other diplomas or qualifications in Business Administration or HRM are highly preferred.
Proficiency in Khmer and Business English is a must.
Strong knowledge of general HR and Labor law
