  • Responsible to lead and drive the Group’s strategic vision of a successful market penetration and growth of the overseas business under the offshore holding company

This is an ideal role for international experience who has extensive experience in managing consumer good focus retail, and exploration of new venture of businesses based on the group strategies through technology initiations

Description

  • Fully responsible to steer the overseas businesses to meet Group’s strategic objectives

  • Fully accountable for the P&L of the group company

  • Reporting to the Group CEO and Board of Directors, the role will have accountability in developing short and long-term strategies and financial plan

  • Drive the business performance through KPI and ensure that the progress reports

  • Inspire, lead, and motivate leaders and employees to develop a high-performance team and build strong company culture

  • Further, develop a customer-centric and innovative digital-centric working practice

  • Conduct Market research and build new markets

  • Evaluate business performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics: understanding and leading new market expansion that could further enhance the business portfolios

  • Build trust with key partners and stakeholders

Requirements

  • Proven experience in leading successful companies

  • Full P&L experience with a strong commercial awareness

  • Proven record of delivering business results through technology initiations

  • Strong financial and business acumen and ability to see the big picture

  • An entrepreneurial mindset with outstanding organizational and leadership skills
