Develop and execute financial strategies, plans, and policies aligned with the company's short-term and long-term goals.
Lead financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and financial modelling to support decision-making and drive business growth.
Identify and mitigate financial risks, ensuring compliance with regulations and industry best practices.
Oversee the preparation and presentation of accurate and timely financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Manage the company's capital structure, including debt and equity financing, to optimize financial resources and support strategic initiatives.
Monitor and manage cash flow, ensuring adequate liquidity for day-to-day operations and long-term investments.
Evaluate investment opportunities and provide recommendations on capital allocation to maximize returns.
Oversee financial operations, including accounting, tax planning, treasury, and internal controls, to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.
Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the finance team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field. Advanced degree (MBA, CPA, or CFA) preferred.
Proven experience as a CFO or in a similar senior finance role, preferably in FMCG. Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment is highly desirable.
Strong knowledge of financial management principles, practices, and regulations. Experience in financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
Ability to think strategically and provide insights and recommendations to drive business growth and profitability.
Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex financial data and make sound decisions.
