Description

• Develop and execute financial strategies, plans, and policies aligned with the company's short-term and long-term goals.

• Lead financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and financial modelling to support decision-making and drive business growth.

• Identify and mitigate financial risks, ensuring compliance with regulations and industry best practices.

• Oversee the preparation and presentation of accurate and timely financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

• Manage the company's capital structure, including debt and equity financing, to optimize financial resources and support strategic initiatives.

• Monitor and manage cash flow, ensuring adequate liquidity for day-to-day operations and long-term investments.

• Evaluate investment opportunities and provide recommendations on capital allocation to maximize returns.

• Oversee financial operations, including accounting, tax planning, treasury, and internal controls, to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.

• Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the finance team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field. Advanced degree (MBA, CPA, or CFA) preferred.

• Proven experience as a CFO or in a similar senior finance role, preferably in FMCG. Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment is highly desirable.

• Strong knowledge of financial management principles, practices, and regulations. Experience in financial planning, analysis, and reporting.

• Ability to think strategically and provide insights and recommendations to drive business growth and profitability.

• Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex financial data and make sound decisions.

• Ability to adapt to changing business needs and thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
