Description

  • Oversee and nurture relationships with channel partners, including distributors and retailers.

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets.

  • Conduct an in-depth examination of market trends and customer requirements.

  • Strategically execute campaigns aimed at increasing sales.

  • Collaborate with other departments such as sales, product development, and marketing to align channel marketing strategies with overall business objectives.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in FMCG industry and at least 3 years of experience in management level

  • Bachelor’s degree holder and other related qualification will be advantaged

  • Khmer Native and Business English is a must

  • Has a good experience in sales management, trade marketing and communication skills.
