Description

  • Ensure the existing clients are satisfied through after sales care as well as gaining and using feedback

  • Identify and approach potential new companies or individuals to engage as clients

  • Give presentations to clients about products or services

  • Understanding and helping to meet the targets and aims of the clients

  • Providing the clients with the best consultations and guiding their decision-making process

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of working experience as a Customer Supporting or Relationship Manager in financial sectors

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing or any related fields

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to build and maintain strong client and business relationships

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Khmer
