  • Responsible in developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth, manage key client and distributor relationships, lead and optimize the sales team, while delivering detailed sales performance reports to senior management

Description

  • Define and execute the company’s overall marketing vision, strategy, and roadmap

  • Align marketing initiatives with business objectives to drive growth and market expansion

  • Lead go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new product launches and expansions

  • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing team (in-house and agencies)

  • Manage marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation and measurable results

Requirements

  • At least 15 years of marketing experience in FMCG, Telecom or Insurance and at least 10 years of experience in management level

  • Bachelor’s degree holder and other related qualification will be advantaged

  • Business English is a must

  • A strategic leader with deep expertise in digital marketing, brand management, demand generation, and customer engagement
