Description

• Lead and manage On & Off Premise team members including coaching infield and store, key customer visits

• Develops and manages the Sales channel customer contracts, trading terms, discounts, visibility, pricing

• Develops and leads negotiations for key customer contracts

• Maintains relationships and is the key contact for the key trade customers

• Develops and nurtures private customer network relationships

• Continually reviews and grows account base and optimizes account base to achieve required distribution

Requirements

• At least 10 years of experience in a Food and Beverage industry and At least 5 years of experience in management level.

• Prefer candidates who has strong background in HORECA channel with wine and spirit industry.

• Bachelor’s degree holder and other related qualification will be advantaged

• Native Singaporean and Business English

• Has a good experience in Client Relationship Management and excellent communication skills.
