• Responsible for overseeing employee compensation and benefits, compensation databases and benchmark compensation

• Up to $ 2,000 + Other Allowances

Responsible for overseeing, managing and administering our employees' rewards, perks and benefits

Descriptions

• Design a compensation package based on business goals and strategy

• Create and analyse job descriptions evaluations and classifications

• Ensure that compensation practices are in compliance with current legislation

• Creation and improvement of salary, benefit and bonus systems

• Serve as a point of contact for employees with payroll or benefits questions

Requirements

• A minimum 3 years of experience in a role related to the delivery of compensation and benefits, and payroll processing

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant certifications

• Business English and Khmer Language are required

• Strong verbal and written communication skills and a demonstrated competency to interact with people at all levels of the organization
